The Way I See the World
The way I see the world,
a balance of perspectives,
an inverted prism
to bridge my curiosity about the world.
Some good, some not so good,
but a part of the spectrum.
Billions of seconds in a timeline,
my story, your story,
doesn’t hold significance,
as everything has an end.
The one thing I carry
to trail my path,
a cloak of humility,
of all my experience,
even in the absence of love.
I avoid anticipation,
for my choices are already made.
I am here to share my story,
with those who hold the same stories as me.
